A coordinated approach

Therapies designed to work together

These modalities are most effective when they are chosen with intention, not stacked at random. Based on your goals, your health history, and a real conversation, we may recommend a single service or a thoughtful combination, then adjust as we go.

Care here is personalized and professionally guided from the first visit. Nothing is one-size-fits-all, and nothing is recommended before we understand what you are actually trying to accomplish.

About the clinic

A family practice built around you

Figtree Family Wellness Center was founded by Dr. Kelly Zook, a board-certified pediatrician with a neonatal-perinatal background and training in functional medicine, to bring thoughtful, integrative wellness care to families in St. Petersburg.

We do not promise miracle cures, and we do not invent credentials. We bring the tools we trust, the training we hold, and the time your care deserves.

Common questions

Before you book

What happens during a consultation?
We start by listening. You will talk through your goals, your health history, and any concerns with Dr. Zook, and we review whether any of our services fit. You leave with a clear, individualized picture of next steps, or an honest recommendation to hold off. You are never obligated to book anything.
Are therapies customized?
Yes. There is no fixed package. Recommendations are shaped around your goals, your history, and what we discuss together, and they are adjusted over time based on how you respond.
Do I need to be an existing patient?
No. New visitors are welcome. Most people begin with a consultation so we can understand your situation before recommending anything.
Are these therapies appropriate for children or families?
As a family practice led by a board-certified pediatrician, we care for people across a range of ages, and suitability is always decided individually. Some services are intended for adults only. We will tell you plainly what is and is not appropriate for you or your family member.
How do I know which therapy is right for me?
That is our job to help with. After a conversation about your goals and history, we suggest a service, or a combination, that makes sense. You do not need to arrive knowing which one you want.
Where are you located?
We are at 6776 54th Ave. N., St. Petersburg, FL 33709. You are welcome to call, email, or stop by during our open hours.
